Where are the chocolates made?
All our fine chocolates are made in France. We work closely with hand-picked artisans who bring our recipes to life.
What's your speciality?
Pistoles de Marie-Antoinette are one of the House's great specialties.
They were created especially for the sovereign, who regularly suffered from headaches. As pharmacist to King Louis XVI at the time, the founder of our House decided to mix chocolate with medicine to make the taste more pleasant. He created “Marie-Antoinette's pistoles bienfaitrices,” the first chewable chocolates at the time.
Today, it's one of the most emblematic creations in our history.
What is the shelf life of chocolates?
The Minimum Durability Date (MDD) indicated on the back of each package is different for each product. Past this date, the products lose their initial taste and appearance.
To fully appreciate their texture and flavor, we recommend that you enjoy our ganaches and pralines within 3 weeks of purchase.
Our chocolate bonbons should be stored in a dry place, at an ideal temperature of between 16° and 18°, to preserve all their taste qualities.
