In 1825, the chocolatiers Debauve & Gallais were awarded the title of purveyor to the kings of France, and for the coronation of Charles X, they created a caramel ganache decorated with a fleur-de-lis. The collectionofchocolate bonbonboxesremains true to the founder’s spirit: not overly sweet and made with carefully selected ingredients.
