Sulpice Debauve, Napoleon I's chocolatier, created a new delicacy in 1807 at the Emperor's request: Croquamandes, caramelized almonds coated in chocolate.

For the first time, dried fruit is coated in chocolate!

ALMOND, sugar, cocoa, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier (rapeseed lecithin), Bourbon vanilla pod.

Our Croquamandes should be stored in a dry place, at an ideal temperature of between 16°C and 18°C.
