In 1807, Sulpice Debauve, chocolatier to the First Consul Napoleon Bonaparte, created croquamandes, based on a joint idea by Chef Carême and the Emperor himself.
For the first time, dried fruit was coated in chocolate!

Caramelized, roasted almonds coated in dark or milk chocolate.

Weight: 150 g

Almonds, sugar, cocoa, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier (canola lecithin), Bourbon vanilla beans. May contain traces of milk, gluten, and egg.

Our croquamandes should be stored in a dry place, where the ideal temperature is between 16°C and 18°C.
